NYSDOT STATEWIDE SOLICITATION FOR SAFETY (HSIP) PROJECTS:
NYSDOT is soliciting for Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) eligible safety projects to compete in a statewide competition for Federal Fiscal Year 2014 safety funds. Projects on all public roads are eligible.
The submission deadline to NYSDOT Region 1 is March 22, 2013.

CDTC recently conducted a
Continuum of Training
for Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety for Law Enforcement.
Officers learned how Engineering, Education and Enforcement must work together to make the bicycle
and pedestrian travel environment safer for people of all ages and abilities.
